The WL-115 is a single point load cell manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, designed for capacities ranging from 35kg to 50kg. This single point load cell features good rated output consistency, allowing multiple units to be used in parallel for larger weighing platforms. It is commonly applied in electrical scales, electronic balances, price counting scales, and industrial weighing systems.
With a combined error of 0.017%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.017%F.S., this single point load cell delivers reliable accuracy for commercial and light industrial weighing. Its rated output is 2.0±10%mV/V, zero balance is ±0.02%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. Recommended excitation is 10~15 VDC, ensuring stable performance in typical scale applications.
The WL-115 single point load cell offers IP66 protection as standard, with customizable higher ratings available. It operates within -10°C to 40°C, and nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm, minimizing mechanical errors. The standard cable is Φ4mm × 1500mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S., and the aluminum alloy construction provides durability without excessive weight.
This single point load cell is ideal for bench scales, price computing scales, counting scales, and industrial checkweighers. Its parallel capability makes it suitable for larger platforms where multiple load cells are required.
